1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by the User on the rprppr platform, used to access services, place bets, and manage funds.
• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the rprppr online gaming platform accessible at https://rprppr.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and related services provided by rprppr, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and online sabung ayam (cockfighting) streams.
• "User", "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the Platform, or uses the Services.
• "Funds" means any monetary balance held in your Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a gaming outcome, whether in sports betting, casino games, or any other gambling activity offered on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an account and use the rprppr platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. rprppr strictly enforces this age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform.
• You must not be prohibited by law from participating in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by rprppr or any third-party responsible gaming registry.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Create a unique username and secure password that you will keep confidential at all times.
• Maintain only one Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting valid identification documents, including a copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address, and a selfie photograph as requested.

2.3 Verification and Approval

rprppr reserves the right to verify all information provided during registration and may request additional documentation to confirm your identity, age, and residency. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges. All verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password and Access Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify rprppr customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards, rprppr requires all users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process typically involves:

• Submission of a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing all four corners and readable text.
• Submission of a recent proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence) dated within the last three months.
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your ID card next to your face for visual verification.

Verification requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours during business days (Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 21:00 WIB). rprppr reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at its sole discretion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

rprppr accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits are processed instantly or within 15 minutes, depending on the payment method selected. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). There are no fees charged by rprppr for deposits, although your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah).
• All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your rprppr account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• First-time withdrawal requests require completion of KYC verification before processing.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on your verification status and the payment method selected.
• rprppr reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or exhibiting unusual transaction patterns.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal. This requirement applies to both regular deposits and bonus funds. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements outlined in the applicable bonus terms, typically ranging from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

rprppr offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are granted at the sole discretion of rprppr and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus has specific terms and conditions, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. Players must review and accept these terms before claiming a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and may not be abused through arbitrage, hedging, or other advantage-play strategies. rprppr reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if abuse is detected.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

5.2 Wagering Contributions

Different game types contribute differently toward fulfilling bonus wagering requirements:

• Slot games: 100% contribution
• Live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sports betting: Varies by odds (typically 50-100% for odds above 1.50)
• Other games: Contribution percentages are specified in individual bonus terms

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture

rprppr reserves the right to cancel or forfeit any bonus and associated winnings if:

• The Player violates any bonus terms or engages in bonus abuse.
• Multiple accounts are used to claim bonuses multiple times.
• The Player requests a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements (unless otherwise permitted).
• Fraudulent activity or collusion is detected.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Conduct

All bets placed on the rprppr platform are subject to the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed, except in cases of obvious technical error.
• Bet outcomes are determined by official results provided by the respective sports leagues, game providers, or draw authorities. rprppr's decision on bet settlement is final unless an obvious error is proven.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed in the account dashboard. These limits may vary by user, betting market, and VIP tier.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded to player accounts.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other markets:

• All bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time, unless otherwise stated (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties).
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
• Asian handicap, over/under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets follow standard betting industry rules. Detailed rules for each market type are available in the platform's Help section.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are updated in real time. Bets placed after a key event (goal, red card, etc.) but before the odds update will be voided.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot machines, operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer protocols:

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and independently verified by third-party auditors.
• Game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated.
• If a game disconnects during play, your bet remains valid and the outcome will be determined normally. You may view the result in your betting history once reconnected.
• Jackpot wins and progressive pool payouts are subject to the rules of the specific game provider and are paid in accordance with the game's paytable.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the rprppr platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, forged documents, or false identities to register or transact.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing account information, or using automated bots or scripts.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds from illegal activities. rprppr complies with all applicable AML regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms or markets to guarantee profit without risk.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to bypass restrictions, or employing any strategy designed to exploit bonus offers unfairly.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your Account for any reason.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. rprppr reserves the right to report criminal activity to Indonesian law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge and agree that use of the rprppr platform is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law:

• rprppr provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• rprppr does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. Technical issues, server downtime, and third-party service failures may occur.
• rprppr is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical errors, unauthorized access, or gambling losses.

8.2 Third-Party Services

The rprppr platform integrates with third-party service providers, including payment processors, game studios, and data feeds. rprppr is not liable for any errors, delays, or failures caused by these third-party services. Issues arising from payment processing delays, game provider technical faults, or inaccurate data feeds will be handled on a best-effort basis, but rprppr makes no guarantees regarding the performance of third-party systems.

8.3 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall rprppr, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your Account in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Customer Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the rprppr services, you must first contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or through live chat. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including relevant transaction IDs, timestamps, and screenshots where applicable. Our support team will investigate and respond to your complaint within 48 hours during business days.

9.2 Escalation Process

If you are not satisfied with the initial response from customer support, you may escalate your complaint to the rprppr management team by clearly indicating "ESCALATION REQUEST" in your correspondence. Management will review the case and provide a final decision within 7 business days.

9.3 Final and Binding Decision

The decision of rprppr management regarding any dispute is final and binding. By using the Platform, you agree to accept rprppr's decision as the final resolution of any complaint. If you disagree with the outcome, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts with authority over online gaming and consumer disputes in Indonesia. By using the rprppr platform, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by rprppr

rprppr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Prolonged account inactivity (no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months).
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

If your Account is suspended or terminated due to violation of these Terms, all funds and winnings in your Account will be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you wish to use rprppr services in the future, you must register a new Account and complete the verification process again.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, you may request self-exclusion. Self-excluded accounts are permanently closed and cannot be reopened under any circumstances. Any attempt to open a new account after self-exclusion will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of funds. 12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

rprppr reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the most recent changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
